In what cases can you return the money
You can request a refund on all emblem-destiny.com purchases for any reason. You may have bought by mistake. Perhaps you just didn't like the digital emblem badge.
It does not matter. emblem-destiny.com will refund funds regardless of any circumstances. You will find more information below, but even if your situation does not meet the described rules, you can still request a refund, and we will consider the appeal.
You must email us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and your emblem code must not be redeemed.
Once we receive your request, we will verify that the badge code has not been redeemed and will process your refund if it meets our requirements.
If the badge code has been redeemed or you have initiated a return request after 30 calendar days have passed, you are not eligible for a refund.
We do our best to provide refunds where possible.
Once your refund request has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
